Return and Cancellation

​

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return eligible products. Please note that Clearance Sale and perishable consumable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Process

• Pre-Shipment: Cancel your order at no charge by emailing us at neemkarolifarms@gmail.com before your items are shipped.

• Post- Shipment: To cancel after receiving your order, email us for approval, subject to category of the item ordered.  Return the items to us for a refund at your cost , minus shipping costs for delivery.

 

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud, policy violations, product unavailability, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of your return for processing.

• If you haven't received your refund within 7 days of confirmation, contact us promptly.

 

Exchange Policy

Securely pack items in original packaging. Include order details on the shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
